GLOW Stack is a research peptide blend combining three well-studied compounds: GHK-Cu (3-amino acid tripeptide), BPC-157 (15-amino acid pentadecapeptide), and TB-500 (synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4).

The individual components were developed across different timelines: GHK-Cu discovered in 1973 by Dr. Loren Pickart, BPC-157 in the early 1990s by Prof. Predrag Sikiric’s team in Croatia, and TB-500 derived from research on thymosin beta-4 in the 1980s–1990s. No single company founded the full stack; it represents a modern research combination of these established sequences.

Researchers have investigated the peptides in the GLOW Stack for their potential synergistic effects on tissue repair, skin rejuvenation, and recovery. 

Studies have explored GHK-Cu for collagen synthesis, wound healing, and antioxidant activity; BPC-157 for gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal repair; and TB-500 for cell migration, actin regulation, and soft tissue regeneration. 

Combined research focuses on skin health, inflammation modulation, and overall regenerative processes in preclinical models
