KLOW (or KLOW Blend) is a research peptide complex combining four compounds: GHK-Cu (3-amino acid tripeptide), BPC-157 (15-amino acid pentadecapeptide), TB-500 (synthetic thymosin beta-4 fragment, typically 7–23 amino acids in research fragments), and KPV (3-amino acid tripeptide).

This multi-peptide blend was developed in the mid-2020s as a proprietary research formulation by various specialty peptide laboratories and compounding research suppliers. No single founding company exists for the complete stack; it builds on the independent discovery timelines of its components (GHK-Cu in 1973, BPC-157 in the early 1990s, etc.).

Researchers have investigated the KLOW blend in preclinical models for synergistic effects on tissue repair, regeneration, and inflammation modulation. 

Areas of exploration include wound healing, musculoskeletal and gastrointestinal recovery (via BPC-157 and TB-500), skin rejuvenation and extracellular matrix remodeling (via GHK-Cu), and anti-inflammatory pathways (via KPV).
