BPC-157 & TB-500 (BPC/TB Blend) is a research peptide combination containing BPC-157 (a 15-amino acid pentadecapeptide) and TB-500 (a synthetic 7-amino acid heptapeptide fragment, Ac-LKKTETQ).

BPC-157 was discovered in the early 1990s by Prof. Predrag Sikiric and team at the University of Zagreb, Croatia (with licensing to Pliva). 

TB-500 was developed in the early 2000s as an active fragment of thymosin beta-4, with significant research advanced by RegeneRx Biopharmaceuticals.

Researchers have investigated this blend in preclinical models for potential synergistic effects on tissue repair and regeneration. BPC-157 has been studied for cytoprotective, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties in gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, and wound models. 

TB-500 has been explored for cell migration, actin regulation, angiogenesis, and soft tissue recovery. The combination is commonly researched for accelerated healing of tendons, ligaments, muscles, and overall injury recovery.
